It is with great excitement and pleasure to be able to serve as Vice Principal for Clark Middle School's staff, students, and community. I have served in San Diego Unified since 1997 and have been a teacher at elementary and middle school. I have served as a Peer Coach, In-School Resource teacher, English Learner Support Teacher, Vice Principal at Wilson Middle School and Interim Vice Principal at Madison High School.
I was born and raised speaking Spanish in San Diego, attending Mann Middle School and graduating from Crawford High School. I attended San Diego State University where I received my B.A in International Business with an emphasis on Latin America and also received my Master's degree in Reading Education K-12. I love San Diego's diversity and opportunities for our students.
I look forward to many opportunities to partner with the school and community in ensuring success for our students by building strong relationships between the school and home. I am looking forward to an exciting year with all of you!
